BUYER BEWARE! I put a contract on a parcel of land through this realtor. The deal fell through when the other party was unable to close (through no fault of mine). Century 21 would not refund my earnest money until I hired an attorney to force the issue. I was finally able to get my earnest money back, but I still ended up $1000 out of pocket with the attorney’s fee. There are plenty of other realtors out there, so be smart and find a more reputable agent. Save yourself a lot of trouble.
